The Cashman Leadership Roundtable bring managers together for an invigorating exchange of information, ideas and insights. Structured in a bi-monthly six session format, managers delve into candid, solution-seeking discussions in a safe environment where they can feel free to ask questions, share ideas, discuss leadership challenges and find effective strategies to deal with emerging issues.

Leadership Roundtables Provide Brainstorming

Cashman Leadership Roundtable sessions provide a sounding board for issues that cannot easily be discussed in the workplace. During the two week intervals, managers are able to implement their new strategies and then reconvene with the group to share outcomes and get feedback which results in continuous improvement.
